What data does CPOF NOT subscribe to?

CPOF, or Command Post of the Future, is a key command and control system used by military organizations for operational planning and situational awareness. It integrates various data sources to provide a comprehensive view of the battlefield.

The data that CPOF does not subscribe to is DDS, or Distributed Data Services. While CPOF pulls information from other systems such as DCGS-A (Distributed Common Ground System-Army), GCCS-A/J (Global Command and Control System – Army/Joint), and DRRS-A (Defense Readiness Reporting System – Army), it does not utilize DDS.

DDS is a framework primarily used for real-time data sharing and communications between distributed systems. Since CPOF focuses on operational environments and integrates its own specific systems for data, it is not reliant on DDS, which serves different purposes and technologies in data distribution rather than direct command and control capabilities.
